Located in the heart of Pragatto in Crespellano, Valsamoggia, the Break Bar is a local and traveler hotspot for those in search of a small refreshment and conviviality. It′s a versatile venue, capable of accompanying its customers at any time of the day with quality and attention.
Established in February of 1997 from the innovative idea of Cristian, nicknamed il Tamma, and his mother Titti, it started as a traditional bar specializing in breakfast and quick lunches.
Today, after many years of research and development, we present ourselves as a casual and cozy place; a truly authentic space for relaxation and, for the more curious and enthusiastic, a unique taste experience!

The place you wouldn′t expect
Our Bistrot/Wine Bar opens at 6 in the morning with breakfasts prepared by Magda, also known as "the tornado of Gdansk," for her great energy and morning speed in serving customers.
As the day progresses, the offerings get enriched with gourmet sandwiches and a selection of cold cuts and cheeses from various regions of Italy.
Not only that, great attention is paid to fine Italian and French wines, both natural and otherwise, and craft beers on tap. To complete the experience, a rich selection of carefully selected spirits from the best national and foreign brands is available.

A wide variety of sandwiches for a quality lunch break or a tasty snack. From the choice of bread to that of artisanal meats and cheeses, nothing is left to chance. It's never too early or too late to eat with us from breakfast to after dinner (kitchen open from 7 to 23)... your break whenever you want!
CURED MEATS AND CHEESES
From Emilian and Friulian cured meats to French and Italian cheeses, every selection on our platters is designed to offer you an authentic and richly flavorful experience.
FINE WINES
Tasting and sale of fine Italian and French wines. We specialize in sparkling wines, traditional Italian method, Champagne and Cremant, great wines from Langa, Burgundy, and all the best in Italian-French winemaking.
DRAFT BEERS
Also featuring bottled Trappist beers, primarily IPAs and other styles in cans, carefully selected from Italian and international artisan producers.
SPIRITS AND COCKTAILS
Completing the experience is a rich selection of spirits dominated by Scottish whiskies and Caribbean rums, but also a variety of other spirits, artisanal bitters, liqueurs, port wine, and sherry.
DELIVERY
Inside our wine shop, you can find over 400 labels of Italian and French wine. We also offer a wide selection of canned and bottled craft beers, and various types of spirits. All at a special takeaway price.
GIFT ITEMS
Do you want to give a special gift? Do you want to gift a bottle of wine or a precious distillate? Our wine shop offers various types of packages structured based on the number of bottles (usually from 1 to 4) or by organoleptic affinity. It is possible to choose from personalized shopping bags, cardboard packaging with the manufacturer's company logo, or wooden boxes.
TEAM
- Magdalena - In charge of the morning activities and lunch service, she ensures organization and attention to every detail
- Giamila - A 360-degree collaborator, she represents a crucial reference point for all the venue′s activities. She is also responsible for hospitality.
- Cristian - Known as "Il Tamma", he is the owner of the business and personally takes care of the selection of wines, beers, and spirits, choosing the products directly from producers and distributors with great expertise and passion
- David - He handles the evening service, helping to maintain high quality and atmosphere even during the busiest hours of the day
The establishment caters to an audience of all ages, those who love starting their day with a good coffee, as well as those who want to indulge in a moment of relaxation with a glass of wine or other quality offerings. Great emphasis is placed on the communicative aspect and interaction with the customer: every person is welcomed with care, listened to, and attended to, to best meet their needs. The offering stands out for the high quality of its gastronomic and beer products, accompanied by a wide selection, designed to always provide a complete and satisfying experience.
